It's Summer Time!

It's Summer Time!

I am currently located in Enumclaw, WA where I am having a wonderful summer walking about downtown and visiting the local tourist attractions. It feels really good to be back where I was (almost) just about a good seven or eight years ago. I practically grew up here. Summer is going great and I still hope that you like what you read. About time for an update huh? :) Well, I best get going and get these updates up.

Best in life and always,

Jay Lyn West

Update Coming Soon!

Update Coming Soon!

Okay, so everybody has their bad slash horrible slash absolutely horendous days right?  Sure. We all have them. Some people more than others and some that almost seem to never have a bad day, ever. Most of the time people just let the little things get to them and some people just completely and constantly have problems.

Here's a bit of advice that you've probably heard from Mom and Dad about a million times.

Look for the silver lining.

In every situation, there IS  a silver lining. No matter if a family member has died, someone has moved away, or you've been in or are in a really difficult situation that you feel you can't tell anyone about. No matter what the situation, there is a silver lining somewhere.  Even in what seems to be your darkest hours the only thing you really have to do is put a determined mind set in place. Find the silver lining and focus on it. Keep it in mind and never let it float from your thoughts. Give more when you feel like giving up.

If you would like someone to talk to our would like a bit of advice, please leave a comment and I'll get back to you so that we can talk.

Best Wishes,

~Jay
